The Western Steppers
began in 1991 in Sheepshead Bay Brooklyn. Some of our
original members still dance with us today. Far as it
may be from "the country", there's plenty of Line Dancing
and fun to be had in our little neck of the woods.
Unfortunately, in April of 2009 we lost our founder, JoAnn Kodetsky-Wiseman.
A precious woman who brought a smile to everyone!
JoAnne will always be remembered with love and fond memories by all the

The Western Steppers
still meet on Mondays at the Sheepshead Bay
Yacht Club. Put on
your dancin' boots and join us for great music,
great fun, great people and of course..... Great Dancing!.
You'll find us dancing to the latest country western music
as well as some of the classics with a little added pop as
well.
We feature Country Line Dance, Novelty Line & Couple Dance
Instruction, Dance Group Performance and Music for all
occasions. Let us DJ your next party.
